Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please fill out the contact form below. We will make every effort to process your cancellation request promptly.
Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective squishy items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by using the contact form below within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear description of the issue and, if possible, attach photos showing the damage or defect.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- After we receive the returned item and confirm the damage or defect, we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 1 days of receiving the order.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
